This 6-week class is the next step to owning your life, exactly as it is, and expanding it into a life lived WHOLEHEARTEDLY, by learning to engage in the world from a place of Worthiness. The online venue provides the opportunity to engage in class participation from the comfort of your own home with a sense of community and mutual support.

A Practical Guide to the Art of Personal Freedom

This 4-week class is the first in a series of three classes based on books by the Toltec Shamans, don Miguel Ruiz and don Miguel Ruiz, Jr. In The Four Agreements, don Miguel Ruiz presents a simple (though not necessarily easy) process to bring peace of mind and personal freedom to even the most complicated life. The agreements under discussion are made with yourself, and show you how to make the right choice in every situation. Join us and discover how much the ancient Toltecs had in common with modern times.

A Practical Guide to the Art of Relationship

This 10-week class, the second in the trio, is based on The Mastery of Love, by don Miguel Ruiz . This book illuminates the fear-based beliefs and assumptions that undermine love and lead to suffering and drama in our relationships. This 4-week class, based on The Five Levels of Attachment, by don Miguel Ruiz, Jr , builds on the principles found in The Four Agreements by don Miguel Ruiz, and completes the series. The Five Levels of Attachment invites us to take the next step and gauge how attached we are to our own point of view. Gaining awareness into the agreements we’ve been making, we see how they shape our reality and affect our future. By the end of the four weeks the option to release old attachments is clear, letting go of what no longer reflects how we want to show up in the world.

Exploring the Roots of Science of Mind
A persistent questioner and rejecter of the accepted religious teachings of his day and culture, Ernest Holmes, at the age of 18, forswore formal education forever, went to work in a Boston grocery store, and became a “student of life.” Soon, he was to make what was probably the most significant discovery of his long quest – he happened to pick up a volume of Emerson’s Essays. A spark leaped into a flame. He had entered upon the spiritual exploration that was to fill the remainder of his life. As time went on, he would encounter two other metaphysical writers who would greatly influence his thinking – Thomas Troward and Emma Curtis Hopkins. These are the roots of Science of Mind. Join us as we trace this marvelous path of discovery!

Are you ready for an adventure down the Yellow Brick Road?
This class is designed as a grand adventure of boundless possibilities filled with “Ah ha!” moments! Students will discover just how amazingly intelligent, brave, and lovable they are – that they are essential to Life itself! This is a “feel good” class, fun for me to present and a joy for you as students.
The textbook is The Wizard of Us: Transformational Lessons from Oz, by Jean Houston. Through interpreting the deeper messages within The Wizard of Oz, Jean Houston reveals the Hero’s Journey that awaits each of us. The online venue provides the comfort of home and the experience of community and mutual support.

Awakening – Journey to Truth

Shouldn’t it be YOU?
This class is designed to assist you in becoming aware of how ego works in your life, and once aware, gives you the tools to loosen ego’s grip. In the process you are invited to deepen your relationship with God. In The Untethered Soul, Michael Singer says, “Ultimately, the only way to know about God is by letting your being merge into The Being, and then seeing what happens to you.” This course is about trusting the process.
