In this two-day online retreat you will gather tools and techniques (and some actual practice) for the process of planting the seeds that produce the future you choose to live. The Mysteries of the Labyrinth – Meditation in Motion is a two-day online retreat that explores one of the most powerful and historically oldest meditation practices, walking the labyrinth. There is no need for yoga pants, mantras, or “stilling” the mind. In fact, once you understand the practice, you can find that calm center within that soothes your mind, heart, and spirit wherever you are with or without a physical labyrinth.
